2006

Where It All Started

Nick begins his journey in mobile app development — long before the App Store even existed. Building across early mobile platforms, he develops a passion for crafting software that feels intuitive and beautiful on small screens.

2012

GinnyPix Is Born

After years of building mobile apps, GinnyPix is founded in Finland. The mission: make photo and video apps that feel as good as they look — for both iPhone and Android.

2018

KUNI Cam is Born

We launch KUNI Cam — a complete vintage photo editor with 80+ filters, grain, dust overlays, and the first version of our custom recipe system. It hits the top charts in Finland within weeks.

2019

Going Global

KUNI Cam reaches 1 million downloads. We localize into Finnish, Swedish, and a dozen other languages. The vintage aesthetic resonates with creators worldwide.

2021

Video Joins the Story

We bring KUNI's film aesthetic to video. Apply the same filters, grain, and light leaks to your footage. A whole new way to create cinematic content.

2023

The Family Grows

KD Pro, AirBox, MediaCrunch, PicNav, and more join the GinnyPix family. Each app carrying the same obsessive attention to craft and simplicity.

2026

A New Chapter

OneRoll and RaceTimer launch — a digital disposable camera and a precision race timing app. GinnyPix expands beyond photography into new categories.
